If you had all the data in the world at your fingertips,
what would you do to delight your customers?

This is one of the questions I ask my audiences around the world. I challenge them to realize the unprecedented possibilities the Social Data Revolution brings to people, business, and society. I recently spoke at GE's Data Forecast event on The Future of Data Science, addressed the Federal Trade Commission on Comprehensive Data Collection, and gave the keynote at the World Marketing Forum 2013. I have also presented at creative, interdisciplinary events including TED, DLD and SXSW.

My speeches are anchored in my research and the insights I gain from working with students, successful startups, and influential executives. I analyze emerging trends in how businesses can harness the power of data and mobile-social technologies.

I am often invited to share my vision of the future of data. I focus on decisions and actions arising from the abundance of data, including data ownership, privacy, and identity. My talks take companies beyond the traditional transaction economy, rewriting the equations of the business in customer-centric terms for the new relationship economy. In addition to speaking at top conferences and teaching, I present at client events and lead workshops for the world's most innovative firms. Levering my experience as chief scientist at Amazon, I show the audience how to create a culture of data-driven decision making and gain a customer-centric perspective. Companies appreciate my deep understanding of consumer behavior and relentless focus on user experience.
